Daily Sales Briefing
A visit on the board, and fresh interest behind it.
Thu 14 Aug 2026 · Sales team: Biki & Vishnu Raj · site-visit progress all Vishnu
★ Scheduled Yogesh · Abhee Aaria · 4BHK ₹2–3Cr — Details Sent → Site Visit Scheduled (7:57pm IST). The day's dated win.
→ Interested Naga · Sobha OneWorld · Plot ₹1–1.5Cr — Details Sent → Site Visit Interested (3:58pm). Fresh interest today.
↺ Recovered Rajkumar & Shri Hari Om came back to Interested after slipping to RNR — regained ground, not new.
Yesterday the board couldn't produce a dated visit. Today it has one (Yogesh) plus one genuinely-new interested lead (Naga), and two recoveries. Lock Yogesh's date; push Naga onto the calendar next.
1Live pipeline
Where 461 live leads actually sit
The pipeline flows left → right. Each stage's thickness = leads at that stage. It swells at RNR, pinches where leads actually progress.
Active stage
RNR — went cold here
The funnel bulges twice, both at RNR — 133 never picked up, then 113 who went dark right after the first conversation.
Those 113 are the warmest recoverable list you have, fatter than every active pinch combined.
2Ad cohort · since 3 Aug · Google vs Meta
What Google & Meta spend actually bought
49 live leads from paid ads since 3 Aug. Each band split by source — Google on top, Meta below. Width = leads at that stage.
Google (7 live) — number above each band
Meta / FB (43 live) — number below
Two channels doing two jobs. Meta is running an engagement campaign to build the CAPI dataset, so its 43 leads are top-of-funnel by design — high volume, still warming up (28 at New/RNR). Google is the intent channel: only 7 leads, but 2 are at a site-visit stage and it owns the cohort's only scheduled visit. As Meta's dataset matures, expect its intent to lift; for now, Google is the one to work hardest per lead.
3Follow-up discipline · 14 Aug · by team member
Follow-ups pushed forward — with work, or blind?
When a follow-up date is moved to a later day, was the lead actually contacted first? A date pushed with zero touch is queue-clearing, not follow-up.
Biki 46 pushed · 91% worked
Vishnu Raj 43 pushed · 47% worked
Warm leads Vishnu pushed without a touch
The follow-up dates didn't auto-roll — they were moved lead by lead. Vishnu pushed 23 forward with zero contact by anyone, including Connected and Details-Sent leads that were ready to advance. That's follow-up load being cleared off the calendar, not worked.
4Lead flow · 14 Aug · by team member
What happened to the leads the team dialed
Left = the status a lead was in when dialed (with how many dialed). Right = where it ended the day. Arrow = leads that took that path; no arrow = stayed put.
flow: advanced
flow: slipped to RNR
flow: lost / junk
Biki lost his Connected leads. All 3 he dialed went to Lost, and 36 of 42 cold RNR didn't budge. Vishnu advanced the warm ones — both Details-Sent leads jumped to a site visit; his New leads fanned into Details Sent (good) and Junk (triage).
5Speed to lead · since 3 Aug · 11am–8pm IST
How fast new leads get a first touch
Leads registered during working hours (11am–8pm IST) since 3 Aug, and the gap to their first logged touch (call, WhatsApp, or note).
17.8 min
Median time to touch
Speed-to-lead is healthy — now push it faster. All 54 in-hours leads got touched, none dropped, median 17.8 min. But only 24% were reached within 5 minutes. Nudge the sales team to first-touch every lead within 5–10 minutes — the first-5-min window is where conversion is won, and it matters most for Google leads, which arrive with real intent and go cold fastest.
